In the shadows...a battle between light and dark...

When a brilliant art conservator is called in to restore a vandalized Caravaggio, it forces her to confront memories of her own past abuse. But as she repairs the damage, the painting’s world starts to bleed into her own, its violence invading her life until she’s locked in an obsessive battle that may end with her as the masterpiece’s final subject.
